- Dr. Cyndi Romine began rescuing efforts in 1988, unofficially in the Philippines

What does CTR do?
- Called To Rescue is a nonprofit that helps rescue missing, abused or trafficked children. Called To Rescue also leads an awareness and prevention campaign to advocate for the protection and healing of children victimized by abuse.
